Everyone Is Searching These Things… But Muslims Are Forgetting THIS

EVERYONE IS SEARCHING THESE THINGS… BUT THEY’RE FORGETTING THIS

Have you noticed what's happening on Google today?

Millions of people are searching.

South Africa vs Zimbabwe.

Pakistan vs Thailand.

Ireland vs England.

Al-Hilal vs Al-Ahli.

People are checking MS Dhoni.

People are searching Fatima Sana.

People are following Abhishek Sharma.

Some are checking the SBI PO Score Card 2026.

Others are searching SBI PO Prelims Score.

Some are checking Lumino Industries IPO Allotment.

Others are searching about Dearness Allowance.

People are checking the Anndata Sukhibhava scheme.

They're watching the monsoon.

They're following Shehbaz Sharif.

They're talking about the Indus Waters Treaty.

They're even searching for the S-400 missile system.

And somewhere else…

people are still talking about GTA 6.

The internet never stops.

There's always another match.

Another result.

Another celebrity.

Another political story.

Another game.

Another trend.

Another thing demanding our attention.

But here's the question…

What if the most important thing isn't trending at all?

Think about it.

You can know the latest cricket score…

but do you know how many days you have left?

You can know the MS Dhoni news…

but do you remember your last salah?

You can know the latest GTA 6 update…

but when was the last time you opened the Qur'an?

You can check your SBI PO score

you can check your bank balance…

you can check your IPO allotment

you can check the weather…

you can check everything.

But…

when was the last time you checked your deeds?

Because there's a record being updated every single day.

And unlike Google Trends…

you don't get to see the numbers.

You don't know how many good deeds have been written.

You don't know how many sins have been recorded.

And you don't know how much time remains.

Allah says:

“Every soul will taste death.”

Surah Aal-Imran 3:185.

Every athlete.

Every student.

Every businessman.

Every celebrity.

Every politician.

Every creator.

Every person watching this video.

One day…

our name will become a memory.

The phone will remain.

The internet will remain.

The cricket matches will continue.

New GTA games will come.

New celebrities will become famous.

New political stories will dominate the news.

New people will search for new things.

But you…

will have moved on to the next life.

And that's why something else should be trending in our hearts.

Not just…

“What happened today?”

But…

“What am I doing today for Allah?”

Because look at how quickly today's trends disappear.

Yesterday's viral story becomes tomorrow's forgotten story.

Today's cricket match becomes yesterday's result.

Today's celebrity becomes tomorrow's old news.

Today's money becomes tomorrow's memory.

That's dunya.

It keeps moving.

And we keep chasing it.

But Allah tells us something powerful:

“And the Hereafter is better for you than the first life.”

Surah Ad-Duha 93:4.

And maybe that's the reminder we need today.

You don't have to leave the world.

You don't have to stop studying.

You don't have to stop working.

You don't have to stop enjoying halal things.

You can watch cricket.

You can follow football.

You can learn about science.

You can build a career.

You can make money.

You can dream about the future.

But don't let the dunya become so important…

that you forget the Akhirah.

Because imagine spending your entire life preparing for tomorrow…

while forgetting to prepare for the day you meet Allah.

You prepare for exams.

You prepare for interviews.

You prepare for cricket matches.

You prepare for trips.

You prepare your finances.

You prepare your future.

But…

are you preparing for death?

And then…

for the Day of Resurrection?

For the day when every soul will be brought back?

For the day when your deeds matter more than your followers?

More than your money?

More than your popularity?

More than your search history?

That day…

there will be no trending page.

No algorithm.

No viral video.

No refresh button.

Only you…

and what you brought with you.

So yes…

check the cricket score.

Check the Pakistan vs Thailand result.

Watch Al-Hilal vs Al-Ahli.

Follow the latest news.

Check your exam result.

Check your money.

Even look at the incredible things humanity is building.

But before you scroll away…

check something far more important.

Check your salah.

Check your heart.

Check your relationship with Allah.

And ask yourself one simple question:

If today were my last day…

would I be happy with what I've prepared for the Akhirah?

Because tomorrow's trending topic…

will eventually be forgotten.

But the deeds you send ahead…

will not be forgotten by Allah.

So don't just keep up with the world.

Keep up with your faith.

Don't just ask…

“What's trending today?”

Ask…

“What am I sending ahead for tomorrow?”

May Allah forgive us.

May Allah guide us.

May Allah protect us from becoming so distracted by the dunya that we forget the Akhirah.

And may Allah make our final destination…

Jannatul Firdaus.

Ameen.
