Hello Friends,
Today we face stress in every walk of our life. Be it Professional or be it personal.
The best way to beat stress is to have faith in Allah SWT and to seek his help in every issue of our life.
We often forget that we can take Allah's help, no matter whatever the proble/issue be, we can always seek and get his help.
We, in today's life style are n much need of Allah's help.
We usually think that," Oh! I can sort it out myself or I can do it myself".
And you get caught up endlessly without actually doing anything.
We should not forget that : La Haula wa laa quwwata illaa billah.
The above zikr of LA HAWLA WA LAA QUWWATA ILLAA BILLAH is often translated as ''there is no power nor might except with/by Allah'', but some scholars explain this in detail...for example, Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen says,
''It means there is no change from one condition to another nor
power to do so except by Allah helping you''...the same as saying
''O Allah, Help me''.
And Shaykh Abdul Muhsin al-Abbaad says, '' It means that one has no power
to leave sins nor to be upon obedience except by the help of
Allah, because everything happens by the qadar of Allah, His
creating and His giving success''.
So seek Allah's help in every walk of your life and live stress free.
